Empowerment Resource Outreach Incorporated, and Journal of Public Policy Administration and Global Management Development, America's leading
consulting think-tank on worldwide development, capacity-building, project-based planning, public policy initiatives, economic sustainable development
agencies, researcher, publication of peer reviewed journals, and governments of developing countries. He is a Publisher and Author of several books and
the founder and President of Diversity Empowerment Resource Outreach Incorporated, a U.S charitable non-profit organization. Chief Mgbeke has worked
with various populations such as programs to empower women, grassroots community organizations, community collaborations to support youth, and has
worked with community leaders to affect social change in the community where he lives. He is one of the few goodhearted people, who have gone beyond
a charitable organization role. Dr. Mgbeke is a 21-year veteran of the United States Navy and a veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Storm. He retired from
the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. His personal decorations include: the Navy Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Achievement Medals,
the Navy Good Conduct Medals, various service and campaign awards, and other personal awards and citations from the United States Navy and private
organizations. Dr. Mgbeke graduated with a PhD in Public Policy and Administration. He is a Professor at University of Riverside and Touro University
International.
Dr. Mgbeke has published two books at Authorhouse. One is entitled Fundamentals of Public Administration: A Blueprint for Nigeria Innovative Public Sector
and the other is Public Policy Implementation in a Democratic Governance Society: A Roadmap to Empowering Citizen Participation: An Empirical Study
